At Hexa Custom Boxes, we know how important timely delivery is for your business. That’s why we’re committed to providing clear and detailed information about our order processing and shipping timelines.

The estimated delivery date of your order depends on both the selected production turnaround and shipping time. Once your order is confirmed, the processing time remains fixed. Please note that billing charges are non-refundable.

Production Turnaround Options:

Standard Turnaround (Free Option):
Orders are shipped within 12 to 15 business days after final artwork approval.

Rush Orders (Additional Charges Apply):
Orders are shipped within 8 to 12 business days after final artwork approval.

Please note, turnaround options may vary based on the product selected. Available options will be shown during the ordering process.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

Hexa Custom Boxes is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged product for claim processing.

International Shipping:

We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

However, we do not cover any customs duties or taxes that may be applied to your shipment. These fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. If a return or investigation is needed, please sign and submit the “Authorization Form” provided by our support team.
