At Hexa Custom Boxes, we strive to deliver quality products that meet your exact specifications. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

If the Fault is Ours:

If you receive products that are defective or do not match the approved specifications, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@HexaCustomBoxes.com.

Please note: Chargebacks are not an option. However, if our team confirms the issue is due to a production error on our part, we will gladly offer a free reprint of your order. All defect assessments are made by Hexa Custom Boxes management team.

If the Fault is the Customer’s:

If the issue is due to incorrect files, order details, or other client-side errors, and a reprint is required, the following conditions apply:

  • The full order must be returned within 10 business days at the customer’s expense.

  • Proper documentation, including a written explanation and clear digital photographs of the defects, must be provided.

  • Reprint charges will apply as per our pricing policy.

If a refund is preferred instead of a reprint, the printed items must be returned in full. A partial refund will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.
