At Hexa Custom Boxes, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and believe in transparent communication to avoid any misunderstandings. 1. Definitions

  • “Buyer” – The person or business purchasing products from Hexa Custom Boxes.
  • “Goods” – Custom packaging, labels, stickers, and related products sold by Hexa Custom Boxes.
  • “Intellectual Property Rights” – All rights associated with designs, trademarks, and creative content.
  • “Seller” – Hexa Custom Boxes.

2. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern the sale and exchange of goods between the Seller and the Buyer and override any conflicting terms presented by the Buyer unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Any modifications to these Terms of Service must be agreed upon in writing by the Seller. By placing an order with Hexa Custom Boxes, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this document.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on our official price list unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to the purchase.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, Payoneer, Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

If payment is delayed or incomplete, the Seller reserves the right to:

  1. Require advance payment for future orders.
  2. Suspend or cancel delivery of undelivered orders.

4. Product Description & Samples

  • All descriptions provided are for reference only and do not guarantee an exact match.
  • Samples provided before bulk orders serve as representations only, and final products may have minor variations due to printing and production processes.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline only and are subject to delays beyond our control.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Once an order is shipped, risk and responsibility for the Goods transfer to the Buyer.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If a refund is approved at the Seller’s sole discretion, a processing fee may be deducted.
  • Any claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt, along with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The Buyer affirms that any designs submitted do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
  • The Seller holds no liability for any legal claims related to unauthorized use of designs provided by the Buyer.
  • All custom packaging and designs produced by Hexa Custom Boxes may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the Buyer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Any liability is limited to the total purchase price of the Goods in question.
  • The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of packaging for marketing, branding, or protection purposes.

9. Force Majeure

Hexa Custom Boxes is not liable for failure to fulfill any obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, shipping disruptions, or supplier shortages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the Seller’s jurisdiction.
